Q: How long will it take for to receive my package?
A: Due to huge order volumes, it takes 8-12 business days for processing (unless stated otherwise on product page), additional 2-3 business days to receive your order, (domestic) and International shipping takes a minimum of 10-15 business days.

    We placed an order with you on 3/10/2021 for 100 KN95 masks, and just now checked on the order status of our shipment and it looks like it is being returned to sender? One tracking page tells us that it was out for deliver on 3/18/2021, and our business was open for delivery then, yet we did not receive the package. Another packing page tells us that the order number has not been registered. Any help you can give us in locating our package would be greatly appreciated. Our order # is 20210308-18122.
